I wonder if the Confederate side had used African American Troops in the same way or better the the Unioin did that if the outcome of the war could have been any different??
I think that the confederates could have used African Americans more effectively which could have changed the outcome of the war. Had the Confederates used all of the African Americans as soldiers the war could have changed significantly.
